Sharing my thoughts, and experiences as a general avition and Light Sport pilot, a Light Sport instructor, and an aerospace educator, all of which are tempered by my expeiences as an F-14 RIO and a manned spaceflight trainer and safety analyst.
The mountain lion is one of the most undervalued and most villanized animals in the U.S ecosystem, one I have been priviledged to get to see up close as an Earthwatch volunteer on two mountain lion expeditions in Iadho. The blog captures my thoughts about and experiences with mountain lions and how we share the earth with them.
I was only about twelve when I started writing science fiction, enthralled with the stories of Ray Bradbury, Harry Harrison, and Rod Serling. Later, I grew to love Robert Heinlein and Kurt Vonnegut's work, and also came to know and love the words of another writer in a completely different genre, Edward Abbey. This blog is about trying to express that love in the craft that they exercised but in my own way.
